The Eye maintains six departments which enable the organization to provide its services to those in need.
The Recruitment and Events Departments are mainly concerned with the members of The Eye.
The Rescue Coordination and Rescue Operations Departments are mainly concerned with the services of The Eye.
The Publicity and Administration Departments are mainly concerned with the clients of The Eye.
Recruitment Department
The Recruitment Department (RD) finds candidates who want to join the organization. Recruiters advertise the organization through various channels and inform potentially interested parties. They reach out to candidates, interview them as well as train and induct new members.
The Recruitment Department is led by the Lead Recruiter.
Events Department
The Events Department (ED) organizes internal and public events for the organization. The events range from member meetings (maybe in the Meeting Hall auditorium), to public festivals and co-hosted events with other MHOs or CHEs. Event Organizers plan events and advertise them for example using Meeting Hall event criers, calendars, forums, Discord, MHO news and blackboards and the Town Crier. They issue guest passes, record the attendance at events and create post event reports.
The Events Department is led by the Lead Event Organizer and collaborates with the Recruitment Department and the Publicity Department to create strategies for recruitment and marketing events.
Rescue Coordination Department
The Rescue Coordination Department (RCD) is the first point of contact for requesting search and rescue services. Rescue Coordinators gather all required information regarding the emergency such as the cause, the location of the requester and the extent of the request. They also create after action reports that document conducted rescue operations.
The Rescue Operations Department (ROD) dispatches task forces on request of the Rescue Coordinator Department if an appropriate task force is available. Rescue Operators try to locate the adventurer in need, bring the requester to a safe place and treat the dead and wounded by healing and resurrecting them. Alternatively the Rescue Operators perform in-field services.
The Rescue Operations Department is led by the Lead Rescue Operator and collaborates with the Rescue Coordination department to create on efficient and streamlined search and rescue processes.
Publicity Department
The Publicity Department (PD) presents the organization in the public and advertises its services through various channels. Publicists inform clearly about the organization offers, discounts and the terms and conditions. They create content for the organization's website, get testimonials from subscribers, write rescue success stories and coverage of events. Additionally they maintain the Chronicle.
The Administration Department (AD) manages the subscribers including the subscriber fees. Agents are responsible for customer service, accounting and billing.
The Administration Department is led by the Lead Administrator and collaborates with the Publicity Department to align on subscriber handling.
